Orders in the quarter were $1.1 billion, up 8%, with a book-to-bill of 1.16, and backlog stood at $4.5 billion, up 10% since December 2025. The company said naval defense revenue rose on timing of Virginia-class work, and that defense electronics orders were at record levels. It raised its quarterly dividend 8% to $0.26 in May 2026.
