Oğulbey Technology Base Online

ASELSAN said it has put the first phase of the Oğulbey Technology Base into operation and commissioned the Guided Munitions Systems Production Centre. The company describes the facility as the largest defence-industry facility commissioned in one go in the history of the Republic; that description is the company’s own.

What CEO Akyol Said

ASELSAN General Manager Ahmet Akyol said 2026 is a year in which the company has not only grown but changed the scale of its growth. He said third-quarter growth in dollar terms was 18% in 2024 and 29% in 2025 and reached 42% this year.

What a Strong Backlog Means

Backlog counts signed work not yet delivered and turned into revenue, so it indicates the production and delivery load of coming years. An order-to-sales ratio of 4.4 means the company is winning far more new work than it sells. See also our report on ASELSAN’s $442.5 million export contract (in Turkish).

Note

The report rests on ASELSAN’s 27 October 2026 KAP disclosure and press coverage; the figures are the company’s own and should be read alongside audited results.
