The Baku Expo Center sits on the Heydar Aliyev Avenue corridor between Heydar Aliyev International Airport and the city center, roughly a 20-minute drive from either, which makes it one of the easier major defense venues to reach on a delegation schedule. Attendance is aimed at industry professionals, official delegations and military personnel; visitor registration and accreditation run through the official adex.az site, and media accreditation is handled by the organizers. The organizers have not published public ticket sales, so plan on registering in advance rather than buying at the door.
How the halls are organized
The 2026 edition uses all five pavilions of the Baku Expo Center for the first time. Pavilion 4 is given over entirely to Azerbaijan’s national exposition, where the host country’s manufacturers show domestically produced drones, weapons and vehicles; the remaining halls house the international exhibitors and the 14 national pavilions, including the large Turkish and first-time American presences. Securex Caspian, the parallel internal security show, occupies its own section of the complex with policing, cybersecurity and emergency-response suppliers, and one accreditation covers movement between the two events.
Outdoor and large-vehicle displays sit alongside the halls. Previews flagged Turkish land platforms including the PAMIR 4×4 and an upgraded KIRPI II among the hardware on show, and Azerbaijani armor and artillery typically fill the open areas at each edition.
