More Than 50 Turkish Defense Companies Fill ADEX 2026 in Baku
More than 50 Turkish defense companies are exhibiting at ADEX 2026 in Baku, making Turkiye the largest foreign participant at the show for another edition running. Roketsan is the exhibition’s General Sponsor, and the Turkish group spans the sector from drone makers to armored vehicle and small arms manufacturers.
Which Turkish companies are at ADEX 2026
The lineup includes Baykar, ASELSAN, Roketsan, Turkish Aerospace, STM, HAVELSAN and TISAS, according to C4Defence and Azerbaijani outlets, alongside dozens of smaller manufacturers and suppliers under a national pavilion. Army Recognition’s preview singles out new land platforms on the floor, including the PAMIR 4×4 and an upgraded KIRPI II mine-resistant vehicle.
The breadth matters more than any single stand. Turkish participation covers the full supply chain: airframes and drones, guided munitions, electronics and electronic warfare, software, armored vehicles and infantry weapons. For Azerbaijani procurement officials, the pavilion is effectively a catalogue of an allied industrial base they already buy from.

Why Turkiye dominates the Baku show
Turkish systems were central to Azerbaijan’s performance in the 2020 Karabakh war, most visibly Baykar’s Bayraktar TB2, and the two countries formalized their alignment in the 2021 Shusha Declaration. Since then the relationship has moved from sales toward co-production and joint development, and Azerbaijani officials routinely describe the Turkish industry as the model for their own. The sponsorship layer tells the same story. A Turkish missile maker is the show’s General Sponsor in the same year that a US prime signed on as Country Partner, which captures the competition now under way for the Caspian market.

Turkish companies have been expanding across the wider region as well, from HAVELSAN’s drone deal in Egypt to Baykar’s export run across three continents. Baku remains the closest market of all, and the one where the industrial relationship goes deepest.
The pavilion is already producing paperwork.
